  • Allen ISD Bond Election November 3 

    The Allen ISD Board of Trustees is presenting a $272.5 million bond proposal to Allen voters on November 3, 2015.  The proposal, which would not increase the school tax rate, includes new schools, renovations and improvements, security and technology upgrades. The proposal is based on recommendations presented to the board by the Project Kids community study group.  If approved, the proposed projects would be completed over a five-year period.

    Major Projects Included in the Bond

    - Relocate the Dillard Special Achievement Center to a larger space in a renovated portion of the current Lowery Center

    - Renovate and repurpose the existing Dillard Special Achievement Center for professional development/training space as well as additional office space

  • School Report Cards Now Available 

    The State of Texas 2013-2014 School Report Cards for all campuses have now been released, and posted to the Allen ISD Accountability website (http://www2.allenisd.org/ratings). This is a report required by the Texas Legislature and prepared by the Texas Education Agency. The report provides information concerning student performance on the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR), as well as information on student enrollment, class size averages, and financial expenditures. The information contained in the School Report Card is required by state law and is briefly described in the “School Report Card Definitions,” also available on the Allen ISD Accountability website. If you have any questions concerning the School Report Card, please let us know. Thank you for your continued support of Allen ISD schools.

  • Bus Riders Need Student ID to Ride

    In order to continue to provide the utmost safety and security, the Transportation Department will be asking all Lowery and AHS students who utilize AISD bus services to have their student ID visible at all times.  Students who need a replacement ID should contact the Dillard Center front office.

  • Student Attendance
    Please call the Dillard Center at 972-727-7163 each day your student is going to be absent.
    When they return to school please send a note including THE REASON for the absence, FULL NAME and the DATE(S) of the absences.
    If your student rides a bus to the Dillard Center, please also notify the Transportation Dept. at 972-727-0542.

  • Hall Pass
    Student Management System
    With campus safety being one of its ongonig priorities, Allen ISD has upgraded to Hall Pass Student Management System.  It offers schools more in depth scanning of visitors to keep the kids safe and sound during the school day.  With this change, we will need to scan each visitors drivers license on your first visit to the school.  Thank you for your patience and your help in making our school safe!
