Welcome 6th graders and Parents!! I am Tarfa Willis and this will be my sixth year at Bolin Elementary. I grew up in Plano and have lived in the area almost 30 years and love it! My husband, Matt, and I have lived in the Bolin neighborhood for 13 years until we moved to Fairview this summer. Both my daughters decided to make the switch and become Lovejoy Leopards. Jaclyn will be a freshman at Lovejoy High School and Kathleen will be a 7th grader at Sloan Creek Middle School. It has been very strange not getting my girls ready for Allen schools! This will be my first year at Bolin without either of my children being on campus. I love to read, vacation, bake, and watch sports! I am a huge baseball, basketball and football fan who loves the Rangers, Mavericks and even the Cowboys!!! Hopefully this will be our year!!! I am looking forward to a super year in math class. The concepts are challenging, but with all the fun hands-on activites and technology, my hope is that each child will be engaged, successful, and able to reach his/her full potential.
