Welcome to Kindergarten!  My name is Heather Janek and this is my 17^th year in education which 10 of those years have been in Kindergarten.  I have taught in Allen for 7 years.

I grew up in the Houston area and graduated from Sam Houston State University.    I have been married for 15 years to Kevin and we have 3 children.  Jake is in 9^th grade at the Lowery Freshman Center, Emily is in 6^th grade here at Olson and Cole is three.  We also have a dog named Hank and a cat named Gracie.

We feel very fortunate to be part of this community.  It is a great place to be!
