Welcome to Mrs. Barlow's website. 

My name is Julie Barlow and I am extremely proud to be an Olson Otter.  This is my thirteenth year to teach.  I graduated from Southwest Texas State University, which is now Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. 

My husband's name is Lee and is a huge sports fan and golfer.  I have three adorable children and a cute dog named Sam. 

It is my goal to instill a love of learning, a passion to discover, and a desire to chances to reach beyond their wildest dreams.  I promise to provide an atmosphere that allows your child to feel valued, appreciated, and loved.

I will recognize and love each one of your children for their extraordinary qualities and talents that make them precious and unique.
