Reed Library Birthday Book Club
This year we are continuing The Reed Library Birthday Book Club to honor students on their birthdays. With a $15 donation to the library, we purchase a book that becomes a part of the permanent collection and it will be inscribed with your child’s name and birth date.
On the week of his or her birthday, your child will be presented with the new library book on the Morning Announcements. Your child will be allowed to be the first one to check out the book from the library and keep it for the normal loan period. Please explain to your child that the book is a donation and will become part of the Reed Library collection at the end of the loan period.
Summer birthdays will be celebrated in May.
The Reed Library Birthday Book Club is a great way to show your child the value that you place on reading; while at the same time, you are helping our book collection grow.
