Mr. Kerr served on the Allen ISD Board of Trustees for a total of 24 years from 1974 - 1998. During his tenure, he held all board offices, including four years of service as board president. Mr. Kerr's commitment to Allen continues through his work with the Foundation for Allen Schools and the Allen Rotary Club.
