Here is the physical packet.  We MUST have physical dated after May 1, 2013 on file before you can participate at camp.  You can bring the physical to camp or bring it to Coach Ingle or Coach Dill before camp.  If you gave us a physical for tryouts, we will need another before camp. Remember that the high school no longer provides free physicals.
