Lowery parents and students can request their GPA and Rank by completing a Transcript Request Form.

For Parents:

Please complete the Transcript Request Form and return it to Toni Stevens in the Administration Office at Lowery Freshman Center. The cost is $2.00 per transcript.  You may bring cash or check.

For Students:

If a student needs to pick up a transcript, they must have a completed Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) form.  FERPA forms are available outside of Toni Steven’s office.  Parents must sign the FERPA form before transcripts will be released to students.

Please Note:  Transcript requests may take up to 24 hours to be completed.
