Please note: tip411 is NOT a substitute for calling the Police Department to report any in-progress incident. If an immediate response is needed, please dial 9-1-1 for emergency services. This program is only monitored during school hours.

Do not submit fraudulent tips. Tips are monitored by law enforcement and campus administrators.

How To Submit a Tip: Anyone can submit an anonymous tip via text message, the app, or online.

Text Message: Anyone with a cell phone can send an anonymous tip to appropriate Allen ISD District personnel by texting the keyword that matches the location (campus) of your tip and tip information to 847411 (tip411). When texting, please remember to type the keyword in all uppercase letters.

Text 847411. In the body of the message, type the keyword in all caps, add a"space" and type your tip details. *See keywords below.

What information can I report using the tip411 program?

  • Information on the theft of items from an AISD campus or student

  • Information preventing a fight on campus

  • Bullying & Harassment

  • Assault

  • Information on vandalism

  • Concerns about the safety of a peer (child abuse, suicidal thoughts, etc.)

  • Student with drugs or alcohol on campus

  • Student under the influence of drugs or alcohol on campus

  • Student possessing a potential weapon on campus

  • Student threatening the lives of students or staff
