Ten Allen ISD students have been selected for positions in the coveted 2025 All-State music groups by the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA).
The musicians are:
2025 All-State Band Members:
Allen High School – Nicholas Boyd (fourth-year All-State), Alexandre Elie-Dit-Cosaque, Pranav Devulapalli, Josheph Park (fourth-year All-State), and Lilly Reeves.
2025 All-State Choir Members:
Allen High School – Ansley Gunter, Ava Loter, Audra Miller, and Madelyn Zudekoff.
2025 All-State Orchestra Members:
Allen High School – Yee Ning Yap.
The All-State audition process will culminate at the TMEA All-State Music Convention in San Antonio in early February. The students will gather with other musicians from around the state and rehearse with guest conductors from around the country for a performance at the end of the convention. Band and choir students completed the audition process in January and Orchestra students completed their audition in late November.
