Intent not to Return to Story 2024-2025
Plans for the upcoming school year are currently underway. In order to plan for a successful school year, we need your assistance. Please complete the following form if you are NOT planning to return to Story for the 2024-2025 school year. We need one completed form for each current student that is NOT returning.
This will allow us to determine your plans for the upcoming school year and help us plan for an incredible educational experience for your student. It has been a pleasure to serve you and look forward to a successful school year!
