Dear Story Elementary School Parents,

As we prepare for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year, we want to inform you about the new traffic patterns for drop-off and pickup to ensure efficiency and safety of all students and families. Please review the following routes carefully and adhere to them to help us maintain a smooth flow of traffic. These directions apply to drop-off and pick -up (Pictures provided below for directions).

If you have students in both grades K-2 and grades 3-6, you’ll utilize the K-2 Route.

Please do not approach Northbound on Malone Road.

Grades 3-6 Route (without siblings in grades K-2)

1. Drive East on Edelweiss Drive.

2. Turn Right into the Story staff parking lot.

3. Drop off/Pick up your student(s).

4. Turn Left on Edelweiss Drive when exiting the parking lot.

Grades K-2 Route (and any older siblings of K-2 students)

1. Drive South on Malone Road.

2. Turn Right on Edelweiss Drive.

3. Turn Left into the

   Front/

   Visitor parking lot.

4. Drop off/Pick up your student(s).

5. Turn Left on Malone Road when exiting the parking lot.

For K-2 Parents Driving East on Edelweiss Drive-

To avoid traffic congestion with 3-6 families, we ask that you avoid driving eastbound on Edelweiss Drive. We recommend taking the following detour to easily get into the K-2 line:

1. From Edelweiss Drive, turn Left on South Alder Drive.

2. Turn Right on Haven Place.

3. Turn Right on Malone Road.

4. Turn Right on Edelweiss Drive.

5. Turn Left into the

   Front/

   Visitor parking lot.

6. Pick up your student(s).

7. Turn Left on Malone Road when exiting the parking lot.
