The Allen High School Cheer Team is gearing up for an unforgettable experience as they prepare to perform in the 98th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. This achievement highlights the dedication, talent, and teamwork of 29 cheerleaders from Allen High School, who will proudly represent their school, the district, and the Allen community on a national stage.  Accompanied by their two coaches and many proud family members, the cheerleaders will march down Broadway in New York City alongside iconic parade characters, including Spider-Man, Disney’s Minnie Mouse, and Bluey. Their participation in this prestigious event places them among a select group of performers who will showcase their skills to millions of viewers nationwide.  “We are incredibly proud of our cheer team for earning this amazing opportunity,” said Coach Shawn Mosley. “Their hard work, dedication, and team spirit have truly paid off, and we couldn’t be more excited to see them represent Allen on such a grand stage.”  The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is a longstanding tradition, celebrated for its vibrant floats, massive balloons, and outstanding performances. The Allen cheerleaders will add their energy and enthusiasm to this event, creating memories that will last a lifetime.  Tune in to watch the parade live on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, from 7:30 to 11 a.m., central time, on NBC.
