ASPIRE: Advancing Students Potential In Robotics Engineering

Lowery Freshman Center has a robotics club which competes in the FIRST Tech Challenge. This year, the Aspire program is hosting a summer camp to introduce incoming middle schoolers and high schoolers to the FIRST Tech Challenge. Students will learn to build, code, and market their robots. At the end of the camp, there will be a Mock Tournament, to simulate a real FIRST Tech Challenge Competition. This camp is available to incoming 7th-9th graders.

Please keep in mind, high school robotics is different from middle school robotics. At LFC, the robotics club participates in the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC). The robotics clubs that the middle schools participate in are VEX IQ, VEX V5, and BEST.

The current dates of the camp are June 24-29 (Monday - Saturday) from 9am-3pm. Please click on the following link to fill out the following form if you are interested in the camp.
