Allen ISD announces Jessica Blackburn as the Principal of Boon Elementary School.
Jessica is in her 14th year of education and is currently serving as the assistant principal of Norton Elementary School. Before coming to Allen, Jessica served as an assistant principal in Lovejoy ISD and Frisco ISD for six years and as a teacher in Dallas ISD and Richardson ISD for seven years.
