Peer Leadership
Lead. Mentor. Soar.
The Allen High Peer Leadership (PALs and WINGS) program allows 10th-12th grade students to learn and grow as mentors, role models, ambassadors, and servant-leaders throughout Allen ISD and the community.
PALs —Peer Assistance and Leadership. PALs mentor K-9th grade students in a 1-on-1 setting for 20-25 minutes each week, during PALs class.
WINGS — We Inspire the Next Generation to Soar. WINGS mentors small groups of freshmen in our LFC Connections Classes each week.
