Peer Leadership
LEAD. MENTOR. SERVE.
The Allen High Peer Leadership (PALs and WINGS) program provides an opportunity for 10th-12th grade students to learn and grow as mentors, role models, ambassadors and servant-leaders throughout Allen ISD & the community.
PALs - Peer Assistance and Leadership. PALs mentor K-9th grade students in a 1-on-1 setting for 20-25 minutes each week, durings PALs. class.
WINGS - We Inspire the Next Generation to Soar. WINGS mentor small groups of freshmen in our LFC Connections Classes each week.

How do I apply for Peer Leadership (W.I.N.G.S. and PALs)?
1. Complete your Course Selections in Skyward and choose "Peer Leadership"
2. Complete an online Peer Leadership application by December 4th
