December 5th at NOON - College Planning 101 presented by Thrivent Financial
Parents of college-bound teens are invited to College Planning 101, a free workshop to help you and your student plan to find the right school and pay for it too. The value of a college education is more than greater earning potential. Get practical ways to cut college costs and keep debt manageable.

December 11th at NOON - Depression and Suicide Prevention presented by Grant Haliburton Foundation
This presentation includes an in-depth discussion of depression and suicide prevention, along with the current statistics on mental health and suicide. Participants learn the signs and symptoms of depression and suicidal crisis, intervention strategies for helping struggling individuals, and recommendations for guiding someone to resources and support. Participants also learn positive coping skills to build mental wellness.

January 15th at NOON - Recognizing and Preventing Eating Disorders: Awareness and Support Strategies
This session will focus on identifying the signs of eating disorders, understanding their impact, and exploring effective prevention and support strategies.

January 28th at 5:30 PM - Balancing Living for Kids (K-8) presented by Dr. Ryan Smith, PHD, LMFT, LPC
This session will equip parents with practical tools and strategies to help their children develop balanced, healthy lifestyles. Parents will learn how to model balanced living, create supportive environments at home, and navigate common challenges to help their kids thrive physically, emotionally, and socially.
