About Human Resources
Allen ISD Human Resources Department aspires to support the evolving needs of the district through progressive solutions with continual evaluation of programs and processes. Our mission strives to offer exceptional customer service to our AISD community. We prioritize the recruitment and retention of quality employees who embody our district's mission and goals.
The award-winning district serves most of the city of Allen, Texas, and sections of Parker and McKinney. The suburban community is located 23 miles north of Dallas. As of 2024, Allen ISD is ranked as the best district in Collin County according to Niche.com. The City of Allen is commonly ranked on the “Best Cities to Live” lists.
