SOAR is the official magazine of Allen ISD. It is published by the Communications Office every Fall and Spring Semester. The district sends out 2,500 printed copies to local business and organizations, while digitally distributing the magazine to more than 24,000 staff, families and friends of the Allen Independent School District.
