Raising Eagles

Raising Eagles is an innovative, systemic program to allow Allen ISD students the opportunity to grow as effective leaders as they graduate from high school. The initiative is based on the four profiles of Allen High School graduates:

  • Effective Problem Solvers

  • Responsible and Engaged Citizens

  • Academically Prepared for Future Pursuits

  • Effective Communicators

The Raising Eagles program begins with the youngest Eagles and continues throughout their educational career. Components of the initiative include Kids Club, Learn 'n Play Day, Early Childhood Development programs, Elementary and Secondary Education, Parenting Events, Eagle Engagement activities and Silver Eagles.

Students will demonstrate ethical and moral decision-making in the context of their local, national and world community. They will also possess an awareness of community resources and understand the value of service to others.

Students will be able to listen critically and speak articulately, will be able to resolve conflicts effectively and appropriately, will be able to understand and appreciate diverse individuals and cultures, will be able to exercise leadership qualities, and will be able to communicate using advancing technology.
