Children with diabetes need a strong support network for the many hours they spend in school and school-related activities. Your campus nurse will work with you, your child, and your child’s physician in providing and coordinating diabetes care at school. Please contact your school nurse to set up a time to develop an appropriate plan of care and/or to answer any additional questions.
