The Allen ISD Board of Trustees and district administration are inviting students, parents, staff, community, and business members to serve on the Projects Kids Citizens Bond Advisory Committee. The purpose of the Project Kids committee is to serve in an advisory capacity to the Allen ISD Board of Trustees in the prioritization of capital improvement projects for a possible bond election.

Individuals interested in serving on the committee may submit an application by Noon on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.

Project Kids will consist of 80 members – parents, community members, business and community leaders, high school students, graduates, and current staff members. The selection process will include consideration of prior volunteer roles, leadership experience, and/or committee experience in Allen ISD or the greater Allen community.
