Allen ISD is thrilled to offer a diverse selection of summer camps for children ages 36 months through 7th grade! Our camps provide a fun and enriching environment filled with hands-on activities, outdoor play, and creative learning—all led by our dedicated Allen ISD staff.

For our Gifted and Talented (GT) students, we also offer AGILE Camps, designed to challenge and inspire young minds with unique, engaging experiences tailored to their learning styles.

We are excited to partner once again with the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Department this summer! CTE Summer Camps provide a great opportunity for students to explore the diverse course offerings available in Allen ISD. These camps will take place at the high school, so be sure to note the location when registering. Additionally, the start and end times will differ from other camps, so please plan accordingly.

Additionally, we offer at least one cooking camp each week, where campers get to enjoy the delicious projects, they create! If your child has food allergies, please inform all camp teachers, as school nurses will not be on campus during summer sessions.

Locations: Camp locations will alternate between Chandler Elementary, 1000 Water Oak Dr. and Vaughan Elementary, 820 Cottonwood Dr.

Times: Camp hours are 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Drop Off/Pick Up: Camper drop-off in the morning will be curbside; afternoon, parents will come inside to pick up campers.

Lunch: Your child will need to bring a snack, sack lunch and a drink (refillable water bottle) Monday through Friday.

Cost: The fee for most camps is only $150 per camp/per student. Some camps have an additional supply fee, and this is noted in the individual camp descriptions.

Register: Online registration begins April 8, 2025, at 6:30 am. Please make sure you have an Eleyo account prior to registration. If you don’t, please create one. If you have questions, you can call 972-727-0502 or email chrystan.alexander@allenisd.org

Please be sure to either create an account in Eleyo or log into your existing account and update your information.  Add each of your campers to the free “Community Education Summer Camp Account Creation or Update” Course, so that you can complete the camp questionnaire for each child prior to the April 8th registration date. This will save time during registration.

Choosing a Camp: When choosing a camp for your preschooler, look for camps based on the child’s age at the time of the camp. Campers must be potty trained, and a change of clothes will be necessary for children ages 36 months to 5 years. For elementary grade campers, choose a camp for the grade just completed. You do not have to be a resident of Allen or a student in Allen ISD to attend our camps.

Camps are listed in alphabetical order within each age/grade level on the following pages. A schedule of all summer camps is below in a printable PDF format. Various camps throughout the summer allow students to bring technology devices to camp, i.e., digital cameras, handheld game devices, etc. Allen ISD is not responsible for any damage or theft of student owned technology tools.
