"I look forward to building strong relationships within the Allen community and working to uphold the tradition of excellence and student achievement that Allen High School is known for."

Carrie is known at both the state and national level for her educational leadership. She has served as President of Texas Association of Secondary Principals (TASSP) and was recognized as the National Digital Principal of the Year in 2013 by the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP).

"Carrie is an experienced high school principal who believes in strong communication between students, staff, and parents," said Allen ISD Superintendent Dr. Robin Bullock. "She is a values-driven leader who focuses on personal accountability, while also ensuring that every student and educator feels supported and empowered to succeed. Carrie will be a wonderful addition to the Allen Eagle team!"

Outside of education, Carrie is a proud mom to Rylee, a freshman on the volleyball team at Dallas Baptist University.
